About Backbrae House

Back in 2007 we purchased Back Brae with a vision on converting this derelict property into our new home .With luxury accommodation as a back bone of our plans we started the mammoth task .With the knowledge of local builder John Lawrie ,demolition started in April 2007 with the main construction started in June 2008 .Due to the extent of the build and my persistence in the finer detailing, completion date was unknown. After a lot of head aches ,a few P45's and even more chosen words ,September 2009 saw the final hurdle jumped as we moved into which is now our pride and joy .
